1. Who we are

Salary Sorted is a digital product sold by Sumit Kavale (trading as Novli), Pune, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). Contact: help.novli@gmail.com.

2. What you are buying

A set of Google Sheets templates for personal money tracking, delivered as links that let you make your own copies, plus a PDF guide. At launch this is:

1. Monthly Budget Planner
2. Daily Expense Tracker
3. Savings Goals Tracker

Founding offer: buyers at the launch price also receive sheets 4–8 free as they are released. We aim to release them, but no date is promised and the list may change.

3. What you need

A free Google account, and internet access to open Google Sheets. The sheets also open in Microsoft Excel, but Google Sheets is what we support.

4. Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates.

You may:

• make your own copies and use them for as long as you like;
• edit, rename, add or delete rows, categories and tabs in your copies;
• use them on any number of your own devices;
• use them for your own household and your own personal finances.

You may not:

• resell, rent, license or give away the templates or the links, whether free or paid;
• share the delivery file, the links or your copies with anyone outside your household;
• upload them to Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Drive folders, forums, marketplaces or any public place;
• present them as your own work, or include them in your own product, bundle, course or freebie;
• remove the Salary Sorted or Novli branding;
• use them to build a competing product.

We keep the copyright. Buying gives you a licence to use, not ownership.

5. Access

Delivery is immediate after payment, by email and on the confirmation page. Access to your copies is permanent. Your copies live in your own Google Drive and are yours to keep, even if we later stop selling the product or change it.

6. No refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Not financial advice

The templates are calculators and trackers. They do not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice. See the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

8. What we promise, and what we don't

We test each sheet heavily before release. Still, the templates are provided "as is". We do not promise that they are free of errors, that they suit your situation, or that they will produce any particular financial result. You are responsible for checking your own numbers before you make a money decision.

9. Our liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the product is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income, lost savings, or decisions made using the templates.

10. If you break these terms

We may cancel your licence and ask you to stop using and delete the templates, with no refund. We may also take legal action for copyright infringement.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for future buyers. The version you accepted at purchase applies to you.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
