We keep this simple: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.

What we collect
When you buy
- Name, email address, phone number (collected by our checkout, Superprofile)
- Order details: what you bought, amount, date, order ID
- Payment status. We never see or store your card, UPI ID or bank details — the payment gateway handles those
When you contact us
- Your email address and whatever you write to us
When you visit our page or Instagram
- Basic analytics: page views, clicks, device type, approximate location (city level)
- If we run ads, Meta may set cookies to measure them
What we do NOT collect
Nothing you type into the sheets. Your copies live in your own Google Drive. Your income, expenses and goals are never sent to us and we cannot see them.
Why we use it
- To deliver your purchase and give support
- To send you the free sheet updates you bought access to
- To keep sales records for tax and accounting, as Indian law requires
- To improve the product and measure our ads
Legal basis
Performing the contract you entered when buying, our legitimate interest in running the business, your consent for marketing emails, and our legal duty to keep financial records.
Who else gets your data
- Superprofile — checkout, delivery, buyer records
- Payment gateway — payment processing (as used by Superprofile)
- Google — Drive and Sheets host the files; Gmail handles support email
- Meta — only if you interacted with our ads
- Our accountant / tax authorities — where legally required
We never sell, rent or trade your data.
How long we keep it
- Order and tax records: 8 years, as required by Indian tax law
- Support emails: up to 3 years
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe
Marketing
We email buyers about updates to the product. You can unsubscribe any time; you'll still get service emails about your purchase.
Your rights
Email help.novli@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. We reply within 48 hours and act within 30 days. Tax records are the exception: we must keep those.
Security
Access to buyer data is limited to the owner of the business. Our accounts use strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This product is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
Updates get posted on this page with a new date.
