Refund & Cancellation Policy

Short version

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

Why

Salary Sorted is a digital product. The moment your payment goes through, you receive links that give you your own permanent copies of the Google Sheets. Once that access is given it cannot be returned, so the sale cannot be reversed.

By completing your purchase you confirm that:

• you are buying a digital product that is delivered immediately;
• you agree to receive it immediately, and you give up any right to cancel or change your mind after delivery;
• you have read the product page and know exactly what you are buying;
• you have checked that you have a Google account, which is required to use the product.

The only exceptions

We will refund you in full in these cases, because here you did not receive what you paid for:

1. Double payment. You were charged twice for the same order.
2. Not delivered. Your payment went through but you never received the delivery file, and we cannot deliver it to you within 7 days of you telling us.
3. Cannot be fixed. A file link is broken and we are unable to give you working access.

Anything outside these three cases is not eligible, including:

• you changed your mind, or bought by mistake;
• you expected different features or more sheets than the product page describes;
• you do not want to use a Google account;
• you found the product elsewhere for less;
• you are not happy with your own financial results.

Before you ask for a refund: we will fix it

Most problems are access problems and take minutes to solve. Email help.novli@gmail.com with your order ID and a screenshot. We reply within 48 hours, on working days.

How to request a refund under the exceptions

Email help.novli@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:

• your order ID and the email used at checkout;
• which exception applies;
• a screenshot of the problem.

We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you raise a chargeback instead of contacting us, we will respond to your bank with the delivery record, the access log and this policy. Please write to us first. It is faster.

Free updates

Buyers get sheets 4–8 free as they are released. This is a bonus, not part of what you paid for, and it does not create a right to a refund if a future sheet is delayed or changed.
